Don't Go Bananas Latte is a delicious, creamy latte for adults and babies alike! I love this warm, soothing drink as a bedtime snack. It's packed with fibre, fat, and nourishing herbs such as Chamomile, Oatstraw and Catnip that soothe the nervous system and sway you into a peaceful slumber.
- 12 ounces of Don't Go Bananas Tea,steeped
- 1/4 cup Oat, Cashew or Almond Mylk
- 1/2 a Banana
- 1 tsp. of Almond Butter
- 1 date, pitted
